MIDAS Documentation v4.39

Single Sign On

In addition to signing in with a traditional email address and password combination, MIDAS also supports Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities, allowing users to seamlessly sign-in to MIDAS without having to enter credentials each time.

Single Sign-On options may be enabled, disabled, and configured via the Single Sign-On (SSO) tab of the "Manage Users & Permissions" screen.

IMPORTANT: Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities can only be enabled if your MIDAS system is licensed for "Unlimited" users.

Tip: If you need to upgrade your self-hosted MIDAS license to "Unlimited" users you can do so at mid.as/upgrade

MIDAS currently supports the following Single Sign-On methods:

Active Directory (LDAP)

Available in "self hosted" editions only

For more information, please refer to the separate Active Directory Integration documentation.

SAML 2.0

Available in both "cloud" and "self" hosted editions

For more information, please refer to the separate SAML Integration documentation.
