How much will it cost to renew?

Renewal prices are based on the same open pricing shown on this page. If you haven't upgraded your licensed venues, users, or databases, or added any optional addons since your last renewal, you can expect subsequent renewals to be a similar price. Prices in some currencies may fluctuate slightly with exchange rates - the date our rates were last updated is always shown at the bottom of this page. Renewals are never automatic: there's no auto-billing, and we'll email you a reminder before each renewal is due. You can check the current price to renew at any time at mid.as/renew. Can I change the number of venues or users later?

Yes. You can upgrade your licensed number of venues, users, or databases, and add optional addons, at any time. Subsequent renewal prices then simply reflect your new license level. Learn more about upgrading your license.

Can I export my data?

Yes - your data is yours. MIDAS lets you export your booking, client, invoice, resource, and user data at any time, in a range of formats including Excel, CSV, tab-delimited text, and XML, so you're never locked in. Learn more about importing and exporting data.

Can I switch between the cloud-hosted and self-hosted editions later?

Yes. You can migrate between our cloud-hosted and self-hosted editions, and customers have moved in both directions over the years. If you switch part way through a subscription period, your next renewal price simply reflects your new edition. Learn more about migrating between editions.
