Changing Your Email Address

To change your email address when you're signed in, select your name (under the main date near the top of the window) and select "Your Details" from the drop-down menu.

This option is not present if your administrator has disabled the changing of your email address, or if Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication has been enabled

In the "Your Details" window, select the "Change" button adjacent to your current email address. You'll then be able to enter a new email address.

In order to confirm the change, you'll also need to re-enter your current password before selecting the "Update" button.

MIDAS will then send an authorization code to the new email address you've entered. This code must be entered in the "Your Details" window to confirm the change of email.

Tip: If you change your mind, you can cancel the change of email and retain your current email address via the "Cancel Email Change" button in the "Your Details" window
