Make Clients Tax Exempt
Individual clients can be set as "tax exempt" in the system. Tax exempt clients will not be charged tax on their generated invoices for the hire/use of your facilities and resources
Optional two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to MIDAS. When enabled, whenever a user logs in, they are sent a unique code to their registered email address which must then be entered in order to complete their log in
Over a dozen different templates can be customized in MIDAS - including email, invoice, and print templates. Templates can contain HTML, so it's easy to include your own text, images and links within your templates
Integration with leading global payment processor Stripe
MIDAS can natively integrate with global payment processor Stripe to allow your clients to instantly pay for their bookings online, or to pay invoices created in or generated by your MIDAS booking system
Print bookings for a single date, or date range, and filter which rooms or booking types are included. You can also print details of individual client's bookings over a custom date range. In the event of an emergency MIDAS allows you to instantly print out the estimated number and location of people currently on your site!
Flexible Room Hire Rates
You can set hourly/daily hire rates for each of your rooms, have different rates for different days of the week, or different rates for different lengths of bookings. Not only that, you can also apply discounted rates depending upon the type of booking!
Stop Double Bookings
MIDAS checks room availability at the time of reservation, and will alert you if the booking conflicts with an existing one
Schedule Recurring Bookings
Easily schedule repeat bookings for multiple dates, and across multiple rooms in one go. You can also book rooms continuously between two dates
Don't Exceed Maximum Occupancy!
Comply with licensing restrictions as well as Health & Safety legislation by ensuring that your venues do not exceed their maximum occupancy levels - When scheduling a booking the system will check, and inform you if you attempt to book a venue for more people than it can safely accommodate!

You can group similar rooms together, and then "filter" which ones are displayed in the "scheduling grid"

Bookable Time "Slots"
By default, users specify both a Start and Finish time for their bookings. However, you can replace this (on a per user basis) with a drop-down list of pre-defined time slots for them to book into instead - ideal for organizations with structured days, such as in schools.
