MIDAS room booking software includes extensive invoicing capabilities as standard. This allows invoices to the automatically generated or manually created. Credit Notes can also be raised, and MIDAS facilitates online invoice payments.
However, we recognize that some customers prefer to use third party accounting tools, like Xero. That's why we've made it easy to get invoices and credit notes from MIDAS into Xero. Here's how it works...
Generate or Create Invoices in MIDAS
MIDAS can automatically generate invoices whenever new bookings are added to the system. Alternatively, invoices can be retrospectively generated from existing bookings, or manually created. In addition, credit notes can also be created
Export Invoices to Xero
Invoices and Credit Notes stored in a MIDAS system can be quickly exported to Xero with just a few clicks.

Xero integration is included as standard with both cloud hosted and self hosted editions of MIDAS room booking software.
