This video tutorial covers how to email a receipt for a paid invoice to a client directly from within the software.

Hello and welcome to MIDAS tutorials.

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how you can email a receipt to a client.

So on screen here I have an invoice for John Smith and as you can see, it's been paid in full.

So if I wish to email a receipt to John Smith I can click the email icon here, and you'll see an email composition window opens showing our invoice with the word "Receipt", and showing the total amount has been paid.

This is editable so I can say "Hi John, please find enclosed a receipt for your recent payment" and then I simply click "Send", and MIDAS will email that to the client.
