How To Print An Invoice

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how you can print invoices.

So to do so you first need to view the invoice that you wish to print.

So we'll go to the invoicing icon and let's select invoice 6, and you'll see at the moment it says "invoice not sent" meaning that we haven't printed this invoice before, nor have we emailed it to the client.

Once we do either of those things MIDAS will finalize the invoice and the invoice date will update accordingly.

So to print this invoice we simply click this print icon here - Print Invoice.

MIDAS will open a new window and allow us to send a copy of this invoice to our printer.

Additionally if you're using Windows 10 or have a PDF printer installed, this is also the way that you can save invoices as PDF files.

So we'll assume that that's printed - we'll just cancel this dialog for now.

That's what we would see on our printout, and as you'll see the invoice date has now been added, reflecting the date that this invoice has first been printed.

We can close that window return to MIDAS and you'll see that the invoice date is also there as well.
