Hello and welcome to MIDAS tutorials.

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how you can print out emergency evacuation data.

Now this feature allows you to print a snapshot of the approximate number and location of people on your site at the current time.

Now obviously this comes with a disclaimer and a warning: If there's an emergency you need to get out of your building do so.

Don't stay behind to do this in MIDAS. Don't put yourself at risk.

Only print this out it is you safe to do so.

So with that said, in the top right corner of your screen you'll see this icon here, and it currently shows number 98 as a live indication of the number of people that are on our site at the moment, based on what bookings we have ongoing and the attendees for each.

If we click this icon MIDAS will generate a printout for us, and if I just cancel my print dialog there, you'll see it shows us the venues, the clients, the number of attendees in each of those spaces.

If we've got any staffing assigned to those bookings it will show in this column here and it indicates that these bookings are all ongoing.

So this is really useful if you need to do a roll call if you've had to evacuate but as I say don't put yourself in danger by staying behind to use this if you need to evacuate your building.

Thanks for watching and be sure to check out some of our other video tutorials online.
