How To Delete A Series Of Bookings

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how you can delete a series of bookings.

So as you can see in the booking grid here I have seven bookings, one a day, in Room 3 for John Smith over the course of a week.

So to delete all of those I simply select one of them and then click "Delete Similar Bookings".

I then need to select a date range of bookings I wish to include within this mass deletion, but I can also limit it to specific venues, or indeed specific booking types.

So those options are fine I'll click "Search".

MIDAS then lists all of those bookings are full within those search criteria.

I can select individual ones of those if I only wish to delete a few of them, but as I want to delete all seven of them, I can click this checkbox here, and you'll see they're all selected.

There's another optional checkbox here which if I select, then when I delete the bookings, it will send an email notification to the client to let them know their bookings have been cancelled.

But we'll leave that blank for now, and we'll click "Delete Similar Bookings".

It will ask me for confirmation, which I'll okay, and it will tell me the seven bookings have been deleted.

And as you'll see in the booking grid those bookings have now gone.
