How To Copy Or Duplicate A Booking

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how easy it is to quickly copy or duplicate an existing booking.

To do this we need to unlock our booking grid which we do via the little padlock icon near the top right.

We click that and we want to be able to duplicate bookings so we unlock the grid with the "Duplicate" option, and if we select "Retain Start Time", when we drag bookings around to duplicate them, the start time will remain the same.

So we'll select that.

So now let's say this booking that's in Room 2 from 2pm till 6pm, let's click and drag and copy that into Room 4, and let's also copy that and drag that into Room 6.

We can also drag that across and let's put that in Room 6 the following day, and as you'll see it's automatically retained at the start time - 2pm.

If we turn off the "Retain Start Time" option, we can then copy bookings and put them at any time in the grid.
