Can I display bookings on digital signage screens around our venue?
Yes! With our optional Digital Signage add-on, you can compose screens that display live and regularly refreshing data from your MIDAS booking system. These can then be displayed on signage / TV screens in and around your venue.Multiple screens can be created in the add-on, and each can show different data. So you could have a physical screen outside each individual room which displays just that particular room's upcoming bookings for the day. You could also have further screens placed in communal reception areas showing a generic overview of all the day's bookings across your facilities.
The optional Digital Signage add-on may be included when initially purchasing or subscribing to a MIDAS room booking system, or it may be added to an existing system at a later stage.
