We offer our cloud-hosted customers a choice of server location for where the hardware upon which their MIDAS scheduling system runs is physically located.
Customers can choose to have their cloud-hosted MIDAS system based in one of three world class data centers. Two of these data centers are located in the United States. The third is located in Europe.
For maximum performance of your MIDAS booking system, you should typically select whichever data center is geographically closer to where your users are located.
For example, if your business operation is primarily based in the UK, you should select the European data center, rather than the data center on the West Coast of the United States.
The closer you are to a data center, the less distance data has to travel, and therefore the faster it can do so.
