How To Re-Order Venues

This video tutorial shows how to reorder (sort) venues (rooms/bookable spaces).

Hello and welcome to MIDAS tutorials.

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to reorder venues.

Now, by default venues are listed in the booking grid in the order they've been added to MIDAS.

But we can easily change this.

As you can see at the moment in the booking grid we have rooms 1 to 10 and then sports hall at the bottom.

Let's say we want to move sports hall to the top.

We go to MIDAS Admin Options, Select "Manage venues", Select our Sports Hall venue and then use these arrow buttons to change the position of our venue.

To move it right to the top we simply click this one, and you can see Sports Hall has jumped to the top.

We click "Save Changes", and then back in our booking grid you'll see Sports Hall now appears or right at the very top.
