What's the URL for my MIDAS login?
For cloud hosted booking systems
All of our cloud hosted customer's booking systems are accessed via dedicated subdomains of our main mid.as domain.
Each organization has their own unique *mid.as subdomain, chosen at the time of initially subscribing to our scheduling software.
For example, if your organization is called "demo", then your dedicated *.mid.as subdomain might be "https://demo.mid.as".
If you cannot recall the URL for your organization's MIDAS login, please contact a member of staff in your organization who is responsible for overseeing MIDAS, or another user within your company.
If you are the sole member of staff within your organization who uses MIDAS and you cannot recall your login URL, please contact us.
For self hosted booking systems
For self hosted editions of our software, customers host the software on their own server infrastructure.
As such, the domain/URL at which your MIDAS system is accessed will be determined by your organzation's own IT department or administration. That is unless your organization is using our optional "Domain Alias" addon, in which case, you'll access your MIDAS system via a dedicated *.mid.as subdomain (see above).
It may be that MIDAS is accessed via your organization's main domain (i.e. https://example.com/midas), or a subdomain of your main domain (i.e. https://midas.example.com).
Alternatively, your organization's IT administration may have opted to install MIDAS on your local intranet. This may mean that it's only accessible internally (i.e. whilst you're in work and connected to your organization's network). It may also mean that it's accessible via a raw IP address (i.e. https://192.168.10.10), a ".local" address (i.e. https://midas.local), or via a "share" (i.e. https://share/midas)
If you cannot recall the URL for your organization's MIDAS login, please contact your IT department/administrator who will be able to point you in the right direction. Alternatively, you could ask a colleague who also accesses MIDAS for a reminder of the login URL.
For non-users
If you're looking to make a booking request, online booking, or pay an invoice online with an organization, these facilities can be accessed by simply appending onto the end of the URL for the organization's MIDAS system as follows:
- /request - To submit a booking request
- /book - To make a web booking
- /pay - To pay an invoice online
So if the organization's MIDAS URL was https://demo.mid.as, and you wanted to submit a booking request, you would need to navigate to https://demo.mid.as/request.
