Will my Annual Support Subscription renewal costs be the same every year?

The price of your Annual Support Subscription (which is optional if you're running MIDAS on your own server, and non-optional if we host your MIDAS in the "cloud") is based upon a number of factors, including:
  1. The maximum number of users/venues/databases you are licensed to run - If you've upgraded any of these since your last renewal date, or purchased any additional add-ons, your next renewal may be higher than in previous years.
  2. Whether we host your MIDAS system in the "cloud" - Annual Support Subscription costs for an edition of MIDAS that is "cloud hosted" by us will be higher than that of an equivalent self-hosted installation, as the cost of hosting forms part of your subscription charge. If you change editions part way through your annual subscription, your next renewal price may be different to previous years.
  3. Whether we have developed any non-standard customizations for your MIDAS - If we've developed specific bespoke customizations for you, this may increase subsequent renewal costs in order to allow us to continue to provide support for, and maintain your non-standard addition(s) through subsequent updates to MIDAS.
  4. Exchange rate - Our currency exchange rates are automatically updated on a regular basis. As such, renewal prices can fluctuate based upon the current rates at time of renewing.
As a general guide, if you've not upgraded your MIDAS license, purchased any add-ons, or had any customizations implemented since your last renewal date, you can expect subsequent renewals to be of a similar price to previous.
