Why are Public Booking Requests shown as disabled when I go to make a request, when I have enabled them?

In order to enable the Public Booking Request features of MIDAS - which allow non-users to check room availability and make booking requests online - you'll need to:
  1. Enable Public Booking Requests (MIDAS Admin Options → Manage MIDAS → Web Requests → Enable Public Booking Requests):

  2. Assign at least one "Manager" to each venue you wish to make publicly requestable (MIDAS Admin Options → Manage Venues → [select venue] → Managers)
    Note: Only users with the "Can Process Booking Requests" permission will appear in this list: Assign Venue Managers in MIDAS
  3. Select the "Publicly Requestable?" box for each venue you wish to make publicly requestable (MIDAS Admin Options → Manage Venues → [select venue] → Publicly Requestable):
