
I've renewed our subscription, but we're still being told it's about to expire?
If you've only just renewed your MIDAS subscription, you generally shouldn't receive any further email reminders from us in relation to that particular renewal.However, if you're still seeing a notification about your subscription expiration within your MIDAS system itself, it may take up to 24 hours for these notifications to automatically disappear.
If you wish to verify that your subscription has indeed been renewed, you can check its status at any time at mid.as/renew. This link will display the number of days remaining on your current subscription period.
Electronic Bank/Wire Transfer Payments
If you've recently renewed your MIDAS subscription by completing an electronic bank or wire transfer, we may be having trouble matching the transaction to your account. That's why we always ask that whenever making an electronic bank/wire transfer you send a quick message sales team to let them know.If you've not notified our sales team of your electronic payment, please reach out to us with details of your transaction and we'll be happy to assist.
