Sub-Processors & Third Party Services

A "sub-processor" is a third party that we engage to help deliver our services, and which may process personal data in the course of doing so. In the interest of transparency, this page lists the sub-processors we use. It should be read alongside our Data Processing Agreement and our Software Privacy Policy.

We have separated these into sub-processors involved in providing your hosted MIDAS system, and those involved in operating our website.

1. Sub-processors for hosted MIDAS systems

These sub-processors may be involved where you have a "cloud-hosted" MIDAS system, or a trial, hosted on our servers.

2. Sub-processors for our website

These sub-processors may be involved when you visit or interact with the mid.as website. Where a service relies on cookies, it remains disabled until you give your express consent via our cookie consent banner.

A note on tools that are not sub-processors

Some of the tools we use run on our own infrastructure and do not transmit data to the software vendor. These include our Live Chat software and our backup software. As no personal data is disclosed to the vendors of these tools, they are not sub-processors and are not listed above.

Changes to this list

We reserve the right to amend this list at any time. We will notify cloud-hosted customers of material changes in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement.
