Why do booking blocks appear blank with no text in the booking grid?MIDAS allows you to customize which booking fields are shown on the visual "blocks" in your booking grid.
Up to two different booking fields can be shown on booking blocks, and a further two fields on their associated tooltips.
You'll find these settings under MIDAS Admin Options → Manage MIDAS → Appearance → Booking Grid Settings.
If a field that is set to show on booking blocks is empty for any particular booking, its corresponding block in the booking grid will not contain any text for that field.
In addition, if a user's "Can view client info" permission is set to "No", and you've configured your MIDAS to show client/organization names on booking blocks, these blocks will appear blank to these particular users.
If this is not the behavior you desire, you could consider either:
- Changing what's shown on booking blocks to something other than client/organization (via MIDAS Admin Options → Manage MIDAS → Appearance → Booking Grid Settings → Show on Booking Blocks)
- Allow users to view client info (via MIDAS Admin Options → Manage Users & Permissions → [select user] → Can view client info)
