Terms & Conditions: Refer-a-Friend

The following Terms & Conditions apply when you participate in our Refer-a-Friend program

1. For every new organization that goes on to purchase or subscribe to MIDAS using your special unique referral link, your MIDAS subscription will be extended by one additional month, provided that:
   1. You maintain a current and active MIDAS subscription (including a self-hosted system with an active Annual Support Subscription).
   2. The unique referral link provided to you is used unaltered.
   3. The person being referred has cookies enabled when using your referral link.
   4. The person being referred purchases or subscribes to MIDAS using the same browser in which they used your referral link.
   5. The person being referred purchases or subscribes to MIDAS within 90 days of last using your referral link. Each time the same referral link is used, this 90-day period restarts.
2. Referral tracking uses a cookie stored in the browser of the person you refer. This cookie does not store any personally identifiable information, and therefore can be set without requiring consent from the person being referred.
3. This 90-day referral tracking period applies to referral links used on or after 25th August 2026. Referral links used before this date remain subject to the previous 60-day tracking period.
4. For every new organization that goes on to purchase or subscribe to MIDAS using your special unique referral link, we'll add one additional month onto their initial MIDAS subscription, provided that:
   1. They initially subscribe to a cloud-hosted MIDAS system for a period of 1 year, or;
   2. They purchase a self-hosted MIDAS system along with an Annual Support Subscription.
5. If your MIDAS subscription expires, your referral links will cease to be valid unless and until such time as you renew your subscription.
6. If the person being referred is running a Private/Incognito browser session and they don't purchase or subscribe to MIDAS in the same session in which they used your referral link, the referral will not track.
7. If the person being referred deletes their browser cookies before completing their purchase, the referral will not track.
8. If the person being referred subsequently uses another referral link after initially using yours, the most recent referral link used will take precedence.
9. We reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of our Refer-a-Friend program at any time without prior notification.
10. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw our Refer-a-Friend program at any time without prior notification.
11. By participating in our Refer-A-Friend Program, you fully accept these Terms & Conditions.
