By purchasing and installing the "Custom Branding" addon for your MIDAS system, you acknowledge and agree that;
  1. As the Custom Branding addon allows you to change the name and logo of the software, you may not use a name and/or logo which;
    1. Is an exact or similar name or logo to that of any other existing software title which performs a similar function to MIDAS;
    2. Is a copyrighted or trademarked name, unless you own the copyright/trademark;
    3. May bring MIDAS into disrepute.
  2. You may not resell MIDAS with the Custom Branding addon.
  3. Whilst "visible" references to MIDAS may be removed/changed by this addon, a copyright notice will remain throughout the source code.
  4. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notification.
  5. Failure to abide by the Terms of Use setout herein may result in the "Custom Branding" addon being revoked from your MIDAS system, and may also lead to your MIDAS license being terminated.
