
I made a booking through an organisation that uses MIDAS - who do I contact?
What is MIDAS?
MIDAS is a room and resource booking system used by organizations to manage their venues, rooms, desks, appointments, and other bookable resources. It's the software your organization is using to run their booking system - in the same way that a business might use accounting software to manage their invoices, or email software to send messages.
MIDAS (mid.as) is the software provider, not the organization you made your booking with.
This means we're not able to access your booking details, look up your reservation, or make any changes on your behalf.
Who should I contact about my booking?
For any queries about a booking you have made - including confirmation, cancellation, amendments, or any other questions - you should contact the organization whose booking system you used. This might be:
- The venue, school, sports centre, library, or facility you booked with
- The business or organization that sent you a booking confirmation email
- The organization whose website you used to submit your booking request
Their contact details should appear in any confirmation or notification email you received from their booking system. If you're unable to find their details, try looking up the organization directly.
I haven't received a confirmation email
Confirmation emails are sent by the organization's MIDAS system, not by us. If you were expecting a confirmation and haven't received one, we'd suggest:
- Checking your spam or junk folder, as automated booking emails can sometimes be filtered
- Contacting the organization directly to confirm your booking was received
We are unable to resend, look up, or trace confirmation emails from an organization's bookingsystem.
I need to cancel or change my booking
Cancellations and changes to existing bookings must be handled by the organization whose booking system you used. We do not have access to their booking data and cannot make changes on their behalf.
If your confirmation email contained a cancellation link, you may be able to use that to cancel your request directly. Otherwise, please contact the organization.
