- Upload your floor plans or room layouts for each of the workspaces in which you wish to allow desk booking.
- Use the Map tool to quickly define each bookable workspace.
- Optionally set a chargeable rate for each desk.
- Set your desks to be "Public".
- Your desks are now ready to be booked!
How a person makes a desk booking:
- To book a desk, an individual simply goes to https://<your_midas_url>/book (no login required!) and selects a desk from the presented workspace floor plan(s)
- They select their desired date(s)..
- ..and desired time(s)...
- Next, they enter their details and click "Book" (or "Proceed to Payment").
- If an administrator has set a desk to be chargeable, the user then pays for their booking online.
- The desk is then booked!
