Hello and welcome to MIDAS tutorials.

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to manage your logged in sessions.

Now if your MIDAS is only licensed for one user account, or if your administrator has disabled multi logins, you'll only be able to log in from one browser or device at any one time.

This means if you're logged in to MIDAS on say your phone, and then you go to your laptop to login, it will automatically log you out of MIDAS on your phone.

However with the multi logins feature enabled, you'll be able to be logged in concurrently from multiple browsers or devices at any given time.

To see which devices and browsers you're currently logged into from, we'll simply log in to MIDAS, and we will click our name.

Here you'll see a dialog box open showing us where we're currently logged in, when we were last active, and the IP address.

So our current browser is highlighted in green - that's this one here.

So I'm currently active, and I'm using Chrome 60 on Windows 10.

You'll see though that I'm also logged in on Safari on the iPad, and I'm also logged in to MIDAS on my Mac.

If I wish to remotely log off any of those sessions I can simply click the relevant logout.

It will ask me for confirmation - and there we go, I just logged MIDAS off on my Mac.

So this is a great way to make sure that if you forget to logout somewhere you can always log in somewhere else and log off your original session.
