Customizable Templates in MIDAS

The communications that MIDAS sends to clients and the documents it generates reflect your organization - they should look and read like they come from you, not from generic booking software. MIDAS includes a range of customizable templates covering emails, invoices, booking confirmations, print layouts, and more.

What can be customized

MIDAS provides editable templates for:

How templates are edited

Templates can be edited in a visual (WYSIWYG) editor for users who don't want to write code, or directly as HTML for those who do. The two modes work on the same template, so you can switch between them. Most common changes - logo, contact details, payment instructions, color scheme - are straightforward in the visual editor.

Dynamic placeholders

Templates use placeholder tags that MIDAS replaces with real data when the document or email is generated. The booking date, client name, invoice total, room name - all of these pull from the actual booking record automatically. You write the template once, and every communication generated from it contains the correct specific details.

Branding

Your organization's logo can be uploaded to MIDAS and included in email templates and printouts. Combined with customized wording, this makes booking confirmations and invoices look like they originate from your organization rather than from the booking system.
