Hello and welcome to MIDAS tutorials.

In this tutorial I'm going to show you how to manage appearance settings within MIDAS.

So for example at the moment you can see across the top of my booking grid, the times are all shown in 24-hour clock mode, and it may be that we prefer to show these in a 12-hour clock format.

Appearance settings are managed in MIDAS by going to MIDAS Admin Options, and selecting "Manage MIDAS" from the drop-down, and then the "Appearance" tab.

And you can see from here we can select the default language, default theme.

We can change a logo that will appear throughout the software, and also in our templates.

And then there's a big section on date/time settings.

So we can change the date format, whether we prefer month first or day first.

Change our time zone, and if we look at the time format here we can easily change that over to 12-hour clock mode by selecting that.

And then at the bottom there's some settings for the display of the booking grid.

So we can choose which booking fields are shown on blocks within our booking grid, and on their tooltips.

We can also change the height of each row in the booking grid, and so forth.

So there I've just changed a time format from 24-hour clock mode to 12 hours.

So we click "Save Changes", and let's reload, and you'll see now the times across the top my booking grid are all in 12 hour clock mode.

Thanks for watching and be sure to check out some of our other video tutorials online.
