Why am I being logged out after a few seconds/minutes?

If you're automatically logged out of your MIDAS booking system within a few seconds/minutes of logging in, then there are a few potential causes:
  1. Your IP Address has changed
    For enhanced security, if MIDAS detects that a logged in user's IP address changes whilst they are logged in, their account will be automatically logged out and they will need to login again.
  2. You've logged in from another device, and multi-logins are not enabled
    If you've not enabled the "Allow multiple logins by users" option for your MIDAS, which you'll find via MIDAS Admin Options → Manage MIDAS → Security, then each user account may only be logged in from one device/location at any given time. As soon as a user logs in from a second location or device, the first will be automatically logged out.
To allow your users to be logged into MIDAS from multiple locations or devices at the same time, please enable the "Allow multiple logins by users" option
